Elementary Schools Harford County offers 32 Elementary Schools with enrollments of 130 pupils to 1,044 pupils. Harford County Public Schools also offer Pre-Kingergarten programs for special needs children in 21 of these elementary schools. A wide variety of programs including - gifted education, summer school and music programs are offered. All Kindergarten classes are full day.

Harford County offers 18 Middle/High Schools including traditional middle, comprehensive high school/middel schools and a technical high school.
